There are many steps not shown here like making the quiche dough, sheeting out the shells, making the quiche batter, prepping, roasting and seasoning vegetables, as well as various other steps. So many exciting events happening this week! First and foremost, you’re invited to the 1-Year Anniversary of Blue Corn Cafe & Bakery in Charming Historic Downtown Glendale on Sunday, October 1st! We’ll be open a little longer, from 9am-3pm on that day! There will be delicious food, prizes, and more!

Today, Tuesday, 9/26: We have cranberry walnut, jalapeño cheddar, and blue corn sourdough in addition to our classic artisan sourdough!

We also have pumpkin spice cheesecakes, muffins, lattes, and cupcakes with a delicious pumpkin spice buttercream!

Friday, September 29: In honor of National Coffee Day, the Arizona Ridge Riders will be here at Blue Corn Cafe to help serve up some delicious coffee and pastries, take photo ops with fans, hand out some giveaway items and host their team lunch! Don’t miss this fun meet and greet event!

Saturday, September 30th, 9am-8pm: Wizards and Wands Day of Magic, hosted by Packer Family Photography and Papa Ed’s Ice Cream. There will be Wizard Training Classes, Chocolate Frogs and All Things Butterbeer! There will also be photo opportunities at their Wizard Shop, Great Hall, and Train Platform @papaedsicecream @packerfamilyphotography
